What is Team Coaching?
Team coaching, using the Enneagram, is a practical way to apply the principles of personal insight to the team as a whole. As each individual learns about themselves and supports each other’s learning, they can use real work issues to put the education into practice and reinforce new skills.
What is the Team Coaching Process?
Team coaching might be an initial kick-off workshop or a multi-hour session over a period of days.
The goal of team coaching is typically for the team to grow their collective awareness and emotional intelligence, practice new skills and behaviors in context, and develop their ability to coach themselves and each other!
